Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail buying or equivalent field.
• Experience with buying high-volume and specialty categories preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, trends and competition to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the buying process for a medium/high volume product category.
• Negotiate exclusive offerings, terms and vendor partnerships.
• Develop compelling assortments to meet financial targets and brand objectives.
• Manage inventory, markdowns, and weeks of supply with cross-functional teams.
• Support diversity vendors and vendor certification processes.
