Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Resource Management Deployment Manager to support onboarding and transitions in the Consulting service line in Tampa, FL. This role coordinates staffing, forecasts hours, and partners with practice leaders to ensure the right talent is aligned to project needs at the right time.

Responsibilities include driving scheduling, maintaining staff profiles, and producing utilization and forecast reports to optimize client delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably within a professional services firm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and integrity
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work across levels of the Firm

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute resource management processes for assigned population.
• Facilitate scheduling of resources to client assignments based on timing, skills and requirements.
• Forecast hours, track utilization, and monitor headcount using scheduling tools.
• Generate resource management reports and provide updates to Managers and Partners weekly.
• Coordinate with HR and recruiting teams on hiring and onboarding of talent.
