Responsibilities

• Own operations P&L performance for all areas of responsibility
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and capital plans with finance
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvement plans
• Lead training initiatives focused on service excellence and brand standards
• Oversee front desk operations and ensure alignment with service culture
• Complete monthly reforecasts and monitor labor expenses
