Job summary

Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, seeks a Sourcing Manager - Resin to drive category strategies, supplier evaluations, and cost optimization across raw materials. You will manage sourcing events, negotiate terms, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 4–7 years in sourcing or procurement, with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with SAP, Ariba, or Coupa is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Project Mgmt., Business, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement (Capex, MRO, Opex).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis, and contract management.
• Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to achieve cost savings and mitigate supply risk.
• Lead sourcing lifecycle and supplier evaluations, negotiation, and contract preparation.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform sourcing recommendations.
• Lead sourcing and procurement-related projects from initiation through completion, with clear scope and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Manage supplier relationships and track performance KPIs.
