Greif, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Resin and PCR to drive category strategies, supplier selections, and cost optimization. You will manage end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate terms, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

The role requires 4–7 years of experience in sourcing, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong negotiation and analytical skills. English fluency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Mgmt., Business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement (Capex, MRO, Opex).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis, and contract management.
• Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Sourcing Execution: Develop and execute category strategies to achieve cost savings and mitigate supply risk.
• Project Management: Lead sourcing and procurement projects with clear scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations for global and high-impact sourcing events.
• Supplier & Contract Management: Manage supplier relationships and monitor KPI performance.
