Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Research Project Director to oversee CBPM projects at The Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI. You will coordinate recruitment, program implementation, and outcome evaluation while ensuring grant compliance and budget alignment.

Supervise up to 10 staff, manage sub-contracts and IRB workflows, and liaise with investigators to ensure timely reporting, data gathering, and overall program success across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
• Two to three years relevant experience, supervisory, clinical and/or diagnostic interviewing.
• Experience with multi-year, multi-site studies and at-risk populations and community-based programs is essential.
• Knowledge of SPSS, REDCap, and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and oversight to staff up to 10 FTE.
• Hires, trains, schedules, conducts periodic performance evaluations and counsels staff.
• Assists investigators with protocols, recruitment, IRB submissions and data gathering.
• Ensures quality assurance, safety, environmental compliance and budget adherence.
