Job summary

Arizona State University Foundation seeks a Student Strategic Research Analyst to join the Global Corporate Advancement team, conducting research and providing logistical support to guide corporate engagement.

You will develop skills in philanthropic research, event and project coordination, and preparing presentations for prospective donors while collaborating across ASU units and Salesforce/Asana workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on executives and corporations using confidential files and sources.
• Create market scans and landscape analyses of corporate philanthropy trends.
• Support planning of corporate tours and campus events, including logistics and materials.
• Assist with high-level events, gift announcements, and donor engagements.
• Monitor current events and flag relevant items to the team.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and graphical materials for prospective donors.
• Develop outreach materials and engagement proposals for corporate donors.
• Maintain corporate records in Salesforce and track gift opportunities.
• Coordinate with ASU units as a liaison for donor engagement efforts.
• Analyze financial reports and philanthropic disclosures for alignment with ASU priorities.
• Uphold fundraising and prospect research standards.
