Qualifications

• Maintain licensure to practice law in the State of Ohio.
• 5 years of legal experience in research and innovation transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead attorney on complex research agreements including sponsored research, clinical trial and MTAs.
• Negotiate sophisticated contracts balancing research integrity, IP and risk.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on research transactions.
