Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active Ohio license.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements.
• Experience in federal grant and research compliance.
• Experience with academic medical center or health system contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of complex research and innovation agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sponsored research, clinical trial, MTAs, and CDAs.
• Advise on transaction structures balancing research integrity, IP, and risk.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and contracting workflows.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
