Responsibilities

• Executive and Organizational Support: Serve as a senior operational partner to EVCR/CRO, coordinating priorities across UMass Chan Research and the enterprise.
• Program and Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports for cross-functional initiatives.
• Research Leadership and Enterprise Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among research leaders, faculty, and administrative teams.
• Analysis and Decision Support: Conduct research, benchmarking, and information-gathering to support priorities and initiatives.
• Communications, Content Strategy, and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop communications for announcements, reports, and digital content.
• Financial Planning and Resource Management: Assist with budget development and monitoring for research initiatives.
• Committees and Special Projects: Support committees, meetings, and responses to funding opportunities.
