Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with federal funding agencies and foundations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex proposals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor on funder engagement and proposal positioning.
• Interpret funder priorities and guide researchers.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of 40–60 proposals in Salesforce.
• Coordinate proposal teams and timelines from pre-award to award.
• Review proposals for quality and compliance.
