Qualifications

Master's degree required; doctorate or advanced degree highly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in program development or related leadership roles.
Experience developing center-scale or multi-institutional proposals ($5M+) for federal or philanthropic sponsors.
Experience leading and developing a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Direct the development and execution of ULRI's proposal development strategy aligning priorities and funding opportunities.
Oversee the development of complex, multidisciplinary proposals expanding ULRI's research and societal impact.
Lead and mentor a team of program development professionals, ensuring resource alignment and accountability.
