Qualifications
- 8+ years of analytics, data science, BI, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience translating complex business problems into analytical solutions.
- Experience with KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics, AI initiatives, and decision intelligence with cross-functional teams.
- Develop KPI frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for product success.
- Build predictive models, forecasts, and segmentation strategies.
- Evaluate AI-powered solutions and automate workflows.
