Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Math, CS, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in analytics, data science, BI, or related disciplines.
• Translate complex business challenges into analytic solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and executive reporting solutions.
• Strong BI/visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with structured and unstructured data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Analytics with cross-functional partners to identify analytics opportunities.
• Define and evolve KPI and measurement frameworks to show business value.
• Build predictive models, forecasts, segmentation, and optimization workflows.
• Evaluate AI-powered solutions and automate workflows to improve decisions.
• Lead rapid experiments to validate business impact and accelerate adoption.
• Deliver data-driven insights via dashboards and executive narratives.
• Design scalable, automated reporting and data workflows.
• Utilize Python, SQL, Power Platform, and low-code/no-code tools to accelerate outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, CS, and Data teams.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship on analytics best practices.
