Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking a Replenishment Planner to develop and optimize material delivery plans that support uninterrupted production and customer demand at our Palatine, IL facility. The role focuses on balancing inventory turns with production needs and improving order fill rates, while coordinating with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Inventory Control, Engineering, and Finance.

The ideal candidate will manage supplier performance, translate forecast data into actionable inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or Business.
• 5 years of supply chain experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success at problem solving within a business environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask required.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. Experience with SAP a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize a material delivery plan that balances operations and inventory turns while maximizing customer order fill rate.
• Manage supplier delivery performance to minimize variability between expected and actual delivery.
• Ensure raw material delivery and inventory plans support production needs with no interruption.
• Establish and implement analysis of sales forecast against actual sales to identify and address variability that will influence future inventory and fill rate performance.
• Monitor customer order fill rate performance and mitigate key drivers impacting performance.
