Job summary

IPEX in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a Replenishment Planning Manager to optimize stock levels across the network and drive service levels. You will lead replenishment strategies, analyze forecasts, and collaborate with sales, demand & supply planning, and logistics to maximize fill rate and on-time in full.

Responsibilities include guiding a team of replenishment planners, monitoring inventory across locations, and implementing corrective actions to minimize stockouts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience in industrial manufacturing or CPG.
• Strong analytical ability, good judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to interpret large data sets.
• Bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Experience with SAP-IBP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute replenishment strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee inventory levels across multiple locations and minimize stockouts.
