Job summary

Smithfield Foods is seeking a Senior Replenishment Analyst to ensure product availability at DCs and stores, maximize POS opportunities, and manage MUMD costs. You will forecast demand, manage orders, and train new staff, collaborating with Category Planners and Replenishment Managers to drive sales growth.

The role requires 5+ years in replenishment, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP, Excel, and replenishment systems. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong experience with replenishment buying.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and analysis using SAP, replenishment system, and Excel to establish order forecasts and demand insights.
• Manage in-stocks at DC and store levels, balance inventory against cost thresholds, assist with promotions and pricing.
• Facilitate communication with replenishment team and Category Planners; lead or attend meetings with the customer’s team.
