Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Finance or related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Strong experience with replenishment buying.
• Energized by collaboration through travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and Analysis: use SAP, customer's replenishment system, and Excel to establish order forecasts and demand insights, review and adjust plans, and track KPIs.
• Inventory Management: manage in-stocks at DC and store levels, balance inventory with cost thresholds, advise on promotions and pricing to optimize turnover.
• Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with customer replenishment teams and planners, attend/lead meetings, identify root causes and propose solutions.
