Job summary

REVOLVE is a next-generation fashion retailer delivering a premium customer experience across 45,000+ styles. Based in Cerritos, CA, the Process Innovation Analyst will partner with Buying, Planning and Merchandising to evolve processes and deliver innovative technical solutions that improve accuracy, workflow, and efficiency.

The role requires 2–5 years in analytics, strong Excel skills, and a foundational understanding of retail math, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytical experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Process Innovation Manager to examine current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and document requirements for projects and improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with Buying, Planning, and Merchandising teams to ensure desired results.
• Develop, test, and implement new innovative processes and ensure integration.
• Automate reporting tools and streamline processes to boost efficiency.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects and ad hoc requests.
