Qualifications

• 5–7 years of analytical experience in retail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• SQL experience
• Preferred: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, and SQL or similar query languages

Responsibilities

• Work with Process Innovation Manager to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collect and document requirements for projects
• Coordinate with Buying, Planning, and Merchandising teams to ensure desired results
• Develop, test, and implement new innovative processes for respective teams
• Develop strategies, automate reporting tools, and streamline processes
• Multi-task high priority, long-term projects and ad hoc requests
