Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail operations management.
• Experience in buying and inventory management for promotions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Owns inventory management across specialized categories in the distribution center.
• Maintains 97%+ service levels and ensures timely product delivery.
• Communicates with division teams and vendors about promotions and logistics.
• Manages inventory levels, product rotation, and forecasting for weekly needs.
• Negotiates logistics to improve cost and efficiency with vendors and carriers.
• Collaborates with Logistics Coordinator for smooth supply flow and exception handling.
• Works with brokers and stakeholders across the organization.
• Performs routine product quality checks and other duties as assigned.
