• Strong understanding of IT products and the IT services industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives.
• Run regular partner renewal reporting to ensure timely renewal preparation.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to compile contract lists for renewals.
• Prepare quotes and quote templates with accurate ordering details.
• Manage quotes and opportunities in Salesforce for renewals.
• Ensure timely customer billing and update vendor portals as requested.
• Support the renewal team and uphold Computacenter’s values.
