Job summary

ENGIE North America in Colorado is seeking a Strategic Procurement Analyst (Renewables) II to support procurement and delivery of solar and energy storage equipment across North America. You will connect engineering, project management, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget equipment sourcing and delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, supplier data gathering, RFQ administration, and travel up to 20% with a hybrid in-office policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum two years of procurement, supply chain, or construction-related experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa) and MS Office (Excel, SharePoint).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid in-office work policy; not eligible for remote.
• Travel domestically up to 20% and some overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement of key solar and energy storage equipment across renewable projects
• Engage suppliers to gather technical and commercial data required for vendor qualification and system design alignment
• Administer RFQs, coordinate vendor communications, track responses, and support bid evaluations
• Manage purchase orders end-to-end, including creation, issuance, and lifecycle tracking
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and performance, escalating risks and delays
• Communicate order status and updates to Engineering and Project Management teams
• Partner with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve issues impacting project timelines
