Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Strategic Procurement Analyst (Renewables) II to support procurement and delivery of solar and energy storage equipment across North America. You will link engineering, project management, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget sourcing and delivery.

Role requires 2+ years in procurement, strong stakeholder management, and experience with ERP systems. Hybrid in-office work with travel up to 20% and a focus on renewables projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or engineering required.
• 2+ years in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical specs for sourcing decisions.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Ariba/Coupa) and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across suppliers and teams.
• Knowledge of vendor management and commercial negotiations in industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement of solar and energy storage equipment.
• Engage suppliers to gather data for vendor qualification and design alignment.
• Administer RFQs and coordinate communications and bid evaluations.
• Manage purchase orders end-to-end and track lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and escalate risks.
• Communicate order status to Engineering and Project Management.
• Collaborate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
