The position requires at least 5 years of recruiting or related experience with a BA/BS, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree; Kratos provides comprehensive benefits and a strong remote working environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or related fields with a BA/BS.
• Bachelor's degree can replace up to 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements of job openings with hiring managers.
• Determine and utilize recruiting sources for postings.
• Promote the company image to candidates and external providers.
• Document candidate evaluation and interview process.
• Assist in developing new hire compensation offers.
• May conduct employment background checks and liaise with immigration attorneys.
• Collaborate with agencies and internet recruitment resources.
• Support college recruiting and affirmative action programs.
