Job summary

Connexio Health is seeking a motivated Virtual Account Manager to educate healthcare professionals, support product utilization, and build lasting relationships with prescribers and providers across acute and post-acute care settings. Qualifications

• Proven success in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or other sales environments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and activity goals.
• Strong consultative selling skills, including rapport building, needs discovery, feature-and-benefit communication, objection handling, and closing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a professional customer-focused style.
• Ability to educate healthcare professionals clearly in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound sales activities using phone, video, email, text, live chat, and other approved channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prescribers, customers, and key contacts in acute and post-acute care.
• Qualify leads, manage follow-up activity, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
• Support prescription activity and product utilization with timely education and follow-up.
• Collaborate with management to meet sales targets and improve program performance.
• Maintain an active pipeline with scheduled follow-ups and campaign outreach.
• Document all customer activity in the CRM with next steps and scheduled actions.
• Conduct virtual education sessions on product use and patient adoption.
• Adapt communication to customer needs while aligning with program requirements.
