Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Construction Planner to join a virtual team. You will develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules for projects across various regions, leveraging Primavera P6, MS Project or similar planning tools.

This fully remote role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a flexible work setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of critical path analysis and project lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven remote collaboration and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in resource planning and logistics is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction project schedules using planning software.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify critical path activities and potential project delays, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors to gather information for schedule updates and resource requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and schedule risk analyses.
