Integra is seeking a Senior Scheduler to build and maintain detailed construction schedules ensuring on-time delivery of complex projects. The role requires expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with collaboration across teams to validate assumptions and track progress.

You will monitor progress, analyze critical path, and provide updates and recommendations to mitigate delays or risks, coordinating with subcontractors to align timelines and manage changes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction scheduling in large-scale environments.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction phases, sequencing, and resource planning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other tools.
• Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and subcontractors to gather input and validate scheduling assumptions.
• Monitor progress and compare actuals against baseline schedules to identify variances.
• Conduct regular updates, look-ahead reviews, and impact assessments; propose corrective actions for delays or risks.
• Analyze critical path and float to assess impact of changes on project timelines.
• Prepare schedule status reports and documentation of schedule changes and delays.
• Ensure subcontractor timelines align with overall project schedule.
• Flag scheduling issues early and collaborate on mitigation plans.
