Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas is hiring a Sr. Construction Scheduler to lead baseline development, review contractor schedules, and provide data-driven input on project health. You will develop KPI dashboards, analyze Time Impact Analyses, and partner across preconstruction, design, supply chain, and PM teams.

This remote role requires travel up to 25% and offers comprehensive benefits. You’ll leverage Primavera P6 and Power BI to drive schedule clarity and accountability across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or engineering preferred.
• 10 years of construction scheduling experience including schedule development and analysis.
• Experience with data centers or high-tech construction projects preferred.
• PSP or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review GC schedules and report schedule health to stakeholders.
• Lead baseline establishment with general contractors.
• Develop monthly internal reports and communicate schedule risks.
• Create scheduling KPIs and dashboards; lead schedule meetings.
• Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to team and GC.
• Integrate data from P6 into Power BI dashboards; maintain project control.
