Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple platforms. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring stable software deployments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in change management, with strong skills in DevOps automation and collaboration with Scrum teams. The position also offers opportunities to optimize release processes, enhance operational readiness, and improve incident management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change and/or release management with proven success.
• Experience in high-tech, software, or wireless/telecom industries preferred.
• Familiarity with scaled agile development teams and SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed release schedules for various platforms.
• Lead Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and facilitate approval processes.
• Analyze release scope and prepare data-driven summaries for leadership.
