BMO Financial Group seeks an experienced Relationship/Portfolio Manager to drive revenue through strategic client management, deal structuring, and cross-selling of banking products.

You will partner with senior leaders, assess credit risk, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver holistic financial solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes building long‑term relationships with high‑value clients and guiding complex transactions from prospecting to closure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
• Advanced level of proficiency in product knowledge, regulatory compliance, structuring deals and portfolio management.

• Develops new business by contacting prospects and clients, and by cross‑selling Bank products and services.
• Reviews loan applications and cash management service agreements for accuracy and risk alignment.
• Structures complex deals and secures credit approvals with internal and external partners.
