Job summary

The role focuses on building a pipeline of new business and expanding wallet share through consultative sales and strategic networking.

You will develop and execute business plans, identify opportunities, cross-sell products, and deliver exceptional service while adhering to risk and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis skills to interpret statements and assess creditworthiness.
• Knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and manages relationships with a portfolio of small business clients.
• Develops sales strategies to attract new business and expand existing relationships.
• Generates appointments and opportunities to grow business results.
• Manages client relationships and cross-sells products to meet client needs.
