Job summary

In this role, you will manage cash drawers, balance cash, and operate teller equipment. You will also promote online and mobile banking and participate in community CRA initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service or retail with cash handling.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services is preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell financial solutions and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through proactive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities to customers.
• Manage cash drawer, balance cash, and operate teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller and maintain branch cash levels within limits.
• Support CRA initiatives and participate in community events.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
