Job summary

American Modern Insurance Group, a Munich Re company, seeks a Director of Regulatory Execution to ensure Pricing & Underwriting operations comply with regulations. You will lead cross-functional teams, map regulations into processes, and drive risk mitigation across divisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong expertise in regulatory research, SOP development, and project management, with preferred advanced certifications. This is a hybrid position based in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience leading regulatory programs and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to map regulations to process changes and training.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with evolving regulations and assess impact on the organization.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and training to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks with subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with business units to allocate resources for compliance actions.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and communication plans across divisions.
• Utilize project management methods to map processes and track progress.
