Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 15 years related experience.
• Experience leading project controls functions (cost management, forecasting, scheduling, EVM).
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting, filings, audits, and information requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to regulatory data requests and inquiries.
• Ensure alignment between regulatory filings, forecasts, and executive reporting.
• Integrate cost, schedule, risk, and performance metrics into regulatory submissions and reports.
• Support audits, prudency reviews, and regulatory proceedings with robust documentation.
