Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of project controls experience.
• Experience on large-scale EPC construction projects.
• Power generation construction background (CC, SC, Solar, or Battery Energy Storage).
• Strong cost forecasting, budgeting, EVM, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, EcoSys, Maximo, and Excel.
• Experience reviewing changes and assessing cost/schedule impacts.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities for a large power generation construction project.
• Manage project cost forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Perform cost analysis, trend identification, and variance reporting.
• Support schedule and cost integration to help project teams make informed decisions.
• Review project changes and evaluate cost and schedule impacts.
• Partner with project managers, schedulers, contractors, and stakeholders to track project performance.
• Develop and present project controls reports to leadership.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project controls team members.
