Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks a Regional Director, Store Operations to lead a team of District Managers and drive sales growth while maintaining exceptional store standards in the Phoenix region.

The role reports to the Zone Vice President and partners with HR, Asset Protection, Real Estate, and Store Support Center to execute standards, develop leaders, and optimize profitability across all stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational excellence, and profitability across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated success leading, developing, and coaching field leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of District Managers responsible for achieving sales, profitability, operational, and customer service objectives.
• Execute zone priorities and strategic initiatives while ensuring consistent execution across all stores within the region.
• Drive consistent execution of company programs, operational initiatives, merchandising standards, and store processes.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure stores maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising, inventory management, signage, and operational excellence.
