Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a meticulous Regional Procurement Manager to own end-to-end project-level purchasing, from budget to commissioning. You will bridge Global Strategy and Construction teams, ensuring accurate POs, timely submittals, and strict delivery tracking.

You will manage budget lifecycles, lead RFPs, oversee PO administration, and coordinate startup activities, with a focus on risk reporting and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Procurement, Project Management, or Supply Chain within Data Center, Industrial Construction, or Oil & Gas industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Expert-level skills in Procore, NetSuite, or similar PM/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Budget lifecycle management: partner with Construction, Accounting and Finance to manage project procurement budgets and cashflows.
• Lead the RFP process for regional trades and equipment, including scoping, vendor invitations, bid leveling, and award recommendations.
• Oversee PO issuance and alignment with MPAs and project terms.
• Coordinate technical submittals between vendors and Engineering to avoid delays.
• Maintain real-time dashboards on vendor performance and lead-time volatility.
• Track cradle-to-grave OFCI equipment from factory to job site gate.
• Coordinate startup and commissioning with CX teams and ensure close-out docs are completed.
