ZRS Management, LLC in Orlando is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities. You will drive income, control expenses, and supervise on-site teams, with responsibility for budgeting, reporting, marketing and leasing across all properties in your region.

Competenze

• Experience as regional manager in residential property management with supervisory duties.
• CPM designation is a plus but not required.
• College degree desired.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record & proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Oversee operations of properties to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, employees, residents and vendors.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor monthly variance; provide written evaluations.
• Provide capital improvement suggestions and ensure timely payment approvals.
• Oversee and develop on-site team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
