The position covers the Southwest Division and Northern California, requires 40-60% travel, and reports to the VP, Field HR.

Responsibilities

• Support employee training, onboarding, performance management, and leadership development.
• Ensure managers have tools and resources to drive team success.
• Promote consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and HR processes.
• Supports multiple markets, locations, and operational teams throughout the region.
