Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating as Canteen, is seeking a Traveling Chef Manager for the Hanover, MD area. You will oversee full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering and receiving, with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability.

Prior P&L accountability and contract-service experience are desirable for success in this role. The ideal candidate has at least three years of culinary management in contract foodservice or related settings, HACCP knowledge,

• ServSafe certified is a plus
