Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for a branch/region and champion Shamrock culture. You will guide HR Business Partners and leaders on talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, safety, compensation, policies, investigations, and employment law.

You will develop key employees, manage cross-functional HR projects, and provide strategic HR guidance to regional leaders, while partnering with recruitment to staff and supporting wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's in HR or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations for a branch/region.
• Identify and prepare development plans for key/high-potential employees.
• Manage and oversee complex HR projects cross-functionally.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with recruitment to staff openings and with MSPs.
• Oversee new employee onboarding and benefits education.
• Manage benefits administration and wellness initiatives.
• Lead a team of HR Business Partners.
