Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for a branch/region and champion Shamrock culture. You will guide HR Business Partners and leaders on talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, safety, compensation, policies, investigations, and employment law.
You will develop key employees, manage cross-functional HR projects, and provide strategic HR guidance to regional leaders, while partnering with recruitment to staff and supporting wellness
This position is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations of a branch/region. The Senior Human Resources Manager champions the Shamrock culture and guides Human Resources Business Partners and organizational leaders though personnel issues, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, benefits, safety, compensation, policies, communication, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employment law.
