Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Manager, Regional & Field Events to oversee regional meetings, sponsorships, and advocacy conferences.

You will manage the portfolio end-to-end, coordinating with Field Sales, Field Medical and Patient Advocacy while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of materials. The role requires attention to detail, effective cross-functional communication, and the ability to navigate a complex event calendar.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting or managing regional meetings, sponsorships, field-facing events, or similar programs.
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated environment preferred.
• Strong ability to manage high volume of concurrent commitments with deadlines, deliverables, or spend.
• Experience tracking event budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and variance identification.
• Experience managing vendors and holding partners accountable for timelines, deliverables, and quality.
• Experience supporting field-facing teams and ensuring timely materials and information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio across regional meetings, sponsorships, and conferences using established processes and tools.
• Track budget and performance with forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting to inform decisions.
• Drive sponsorship and field support, including registrations, payments, deliverables, and entitlements.
• Own fulfillment center operations for two brands with vendor oversight and inventory management.
• Be a reliable partner to the field, coordinating logistics and timely communication.
• Manage vendors and logistics for venues, booths, printing, and signage; escalate risks early.
• Maintain calendar visibility for overlapping deadlines with reporting on status, risks, blockers, and decisions.
• Operate with a strong compliance mindset with PhRMA Code/Open Payments and fair-market-value considerations.
