Praxis Precision Medicines is hiring a Manager, Regional & Field Events to oversee regional meetings, advocacy conferences, and patient-family events across two disease areas. You will end-to-end manage sponsorships, budgets, materials, and logistics, working with Field Sales, Field Medical, and Patient Advocacy to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting or managing regional meetings, sponsorships, field-facing events, or similar programs; life sciences preferred.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent commitments without missing deadlines, deliverables, or spend.
• Experience tracking event budgets, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance identification.
• Experience managing vendors and holding partners accountable for timelines and quality.
• Support field-facing teams and ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
• Strong spreadsheet, tracking, and reporting discipline with reliable data.
• Clear, proactive communicator who collaborates across functions and flags risks early.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, with ownership to solve problems.
• Knowledge of PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, fair-market-value principles a plus.
• Willingness to travel to designated regional meetings.

Responsabilités

• Manage the portfolio and maintain a single source of truth for status, spend, deadlines and deliverables across regional meetings and conferences.
• Track budget and performance with day-to-day forecasting, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
• Drive sponsorship and field support, including registration, payments, deliverables, and entitlements; coordinate field/leadership attendance and logistics.
• Own fulfillment center operations for two brands with vendor oversight, inventory, distribution, and asset retirement.
• Be a reliable partner to the field, coordinating with Field Sales, Field Medical and Patient Advocacy.
• Manage vendors and logistics for venues, booths, print/signage, shipping, setup and teardown.
• Stay ahead of calendar with overlapping registrations, artwork, printing, shipping, and onsite deadlines.
• Operate with a strong compliance mindset, align with Legal/Compliance and PhRMA Open Payments and FMV principles.
