Job summary

ExxonMobil's Baton Rouge Refining & Chemicals Complex seeks a Business Coordinator to support safe, reliable, and profitable operations. The role is based in Baton Rouge, LA and leverages engineering and economic fundamentals to back long-term site initiatives and optimization efforts.

The ideal candidate will lead project ideation, develop economics, and mentor schedulers while coordinating with 3P terminals, supply, and ventures to ensure alignment with site capabilities and logistics.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering background
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing/Operating Plant environment supporting Refining or Petrochemical facilities

Responsibilities

• Support daily optimization and long-term site strategy for Baton Rouge complex
• Lead and influence the long-term site vision and capital project decisions
• Foster relationships with 3P terminals, providers, and ExxonMobil business leaders
• Complete detailed economic assessments for future project investments
