Job summary

Core duties include implementing PM processes, leading SSHE initiatives, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to define scope, schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of projects and project management.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement project management processes in accordance with company requirements.
• Demonstrate SSHE leadership behaviors, participate in SSHE programs, reviews, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations and project requirements.
• Drive project performance by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Define project scope, plans and schedule with management team and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates for decision making.
• Lead development of project deliverables (plans, estimates).
• Coordinate contracting and procurement activities and evaluate proposals.
• Manage project risks with mitigation plans and change management.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Oversee contractor performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
