DOSS is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to build and scale a partner network including fractional CFOs, COOs, accounting firms, 3PLs, ISV communities and more. You will drive referrals into our sales process and earn revenue share when deals close.

You will report to the VP of Business Development and collaborate with the Partnerships Director and Sales team to hand off leads and optimize performance. This builder role emphasizes depth over breadth and requires startup-like hustle.

Competenze

• Experience in partnerships, channel/referral development, or partner-facing sales in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of how consumer brands operate or relate to CFO/ops tools.
• Proven track record of building partner-sourced pipeline and revenue outcomes.
