Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of leadership in admission, enrollment, or higher education marketing.
• Experience with corporate and institutional partnerships.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing and recruitment plan for GSRM programs.
• Partner with Marketing for branding aligned with institutional standards.
• Create content for digital, print, and social platforms showcasing impact.
• Track marketing metrics and oversee recruitment materials and campaigns.
• Design recruitment strategies to increase applications, yield, and diversity.
• Represent GSRM at events and build partnerships with schools and organizations.
• Collaborate with advisors, faculty, and alumni to support enrollment goals.
• Develop annual goals, budgets, and timelines; report outcomes to leadership.
