Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years directly related experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Must reside within recruiting territory.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise Admissions Counselors.
• Collaborate to implement recruitment goals.
• Engage administrators, faculty and staff to boost recruitment.
• Oversee high school off-campus recruitment events.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Visit high schools, community colleges, and conferences to recruit students.
• Provide information to prospective students and families about MSU.
• Represent MSU at conferences and official programs.
• Attend alumni meetings and recruitment events as needed.
• Collaborate with high school counselors on recruitment.
• Stay updated on university programs and changes.
